Taft, one of the country’s fastest-growing law firms, brings a wealth of experience in financial services regulation, digital assets, and complex litigation to help AFC navigate the evolving legal and regulatory landscape of the fintech sector.

“The fintech ecosystem is constantly shifting, with innovative banks and other players redefining the scope of our industry and creating novel legal and regulatory questions that demand informed guidance,” said Phil Goldfeder, CEO of the American Fintech Council. “Taft’s deep-rooted expertise representing both traditional financial institutions and emerging fintech leaders makes them an invaluable addition to our Legal Advisory Committee. We look forward to their contributions as we advocate for a modern regulatory framework that fosters competition and responsible innovation.”
